This is an example of a standard menu. It's what we normally do for most of all events. You can
choose what should be in your specific menu or you can leave it on us. You can choose meals
from our Drop-off menu or You can come up with something of your own and see if we can make it
happens. Remember, it's your event, so you're in lead!
Our newest offering is our “Today “ menu. With events going on almost everyday,
Jeffrey was always at the local market, and often selected dinner for staff while
Slowly, but surely, friends and relatives of staff began to show up for staff meal.
Always welcoming, Jeffrey was happy to feed everyone, and thought that maybe his
customers would enjoy “staff meal” too.
He told a few customers of this idea and before he knew it, customers were calling
to ask what the staff meal was on any given day. So now, almost everyday Jeffrey
makes a large quantity meal and it’s available for purchase. Usually under $20.00
per person, he makes things like smothered chicken with mashed potatoes and
green beans one day, fried whiting with hush-puppies and stewed okra the next.
Last Friday was honey-jalapeno Ribs with baked beans and cole-slaw!
You need to call between 10:00AM and 12:00 noon to hear the days offerings and
you can place an order for pick-up between 6:00PM – 8:00PM the same day.
Just ask, “What’s on the menu Today”.
